Whether you believe it or not, say positive affirmations and repeat them. Have a tea and write down how you feel, or how you want to feel. If you're in a negative head space at any point in your life, saying affirmations can help release the negativity. They can be quite effective for birth prep. Kinda quirky, kinda funny – but laughter is pretty good too💗
